Groups on the course show the hole they should be on, so the starter and ranger can see who is falling behind. The group on the tee is next to go; checked-in groups have paid and have their carts.

Rates follow the day and the golfer: a weekend-morning public round with cart is $66, and members pay a $18 cart fee. The Anderson group at 8:10 has two of each.

What staff do in it

  • Online bookingYour booking page, with rates, cancellation rules and rain checks. Players in a party can each pay their own share.
  • Phone and counter bookingThe golf shop books, moves and cancels tee times for callers and walk-ups.
  • Check-inAt the counter or by scanning a Player Pass; payment and carts in the same step.
  • Starter stationAn iPad at the first tee: up now, on deck, next. The starter scans carts onto the group and tees them off.
  • CartsEvery cart numbered, assigned to a group and tracked back into the yard.
  • No-showsMissed tee times are recorded against the golfer's record.

Tournaments and leagues

Flights, teams, live scoring and leaderboards for the players and the clubhouse screen, plus skins and closest-to-the-pin.

Scores come in hole by hole from the course with Greenside Sync: a group enters its score on the green and the hole posts to the leaderboard straight away. Scores post before the cart reaches the next tee. League nights use the same flights and teams week to week, and an outing's golf, carts, food and prizes sit on one event.
