ClubhouseOS

Running a tournament day on ClubhouseOS

A field guide for the golf shop and the events team: what happens from the first registration to the last payout, and who sees what along the way.

Before the day

The organizer and the golf shop build the event together: flights, teams, starting holes and contests. Each player gets a Player Pass by text, so check-in is one scan at the table, and the golf shop sees who has arrived and which carts are staged.

Live scoring

Each group keeps its score on a phone, hole by hole, with no app to install. The clubhouse screen, the players' phones and the golf shop all read the same numbers, and a corrected score corrects everywhere at once.

The leaderboard and Sponsor Relay

Sponsor Relay keeps the event's sponsors on the leaderboard rail, beside the scores, for the whole round, so every sponsor is on the clubhouse screen while the field plays.

Skins and closest-to-the-pin

Skins are worked out from the same hole scores, with no separate sheet. Closest-to-the-pin is measured on the hole and appears on the board once it is recorded.

After the round

Final standings and contest winners are on one page for the organizer and the golf shop.
