CHOS Finance
Terms of Use
End-user license agreement. Effective September 5, 2026.
These terms govern authorized use of CHOS Finance, the business finance tools provided by ClubhouseOS ("we," "us"). CHOS Finance may also appear as "Finance App" in a connected provider's authorization screen.
1. Authorized business use
CHOS Finance is for business use by people authorized by ClubhouseOS and the organization whose records they access. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Do not connect accounts or submit records you are not entitled to use.
2. License and restrictions
While your access is authorized and you comply with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the available tools for your organization's permitted business purposes. ClubhouseOS and its licensors retain ownership of the software. Your organization retains its rights in its own records.
You must not bypass access controls, obtain another organization's data without permission, share credentials with unauthorized people, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully. Do not resell or redistribute the software without our written permission. These restrictions do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
3. Connected accounts and permissions
Available functions depend on the integrations and permissions enabled for your organization. Saving an application's credentials does not by itself authorize access to a company's books or activate all finance workflows. Where a provider requires account authorization, an authorized administrator must complete that step separately.
Only connect the intended business account and review the permissions requested. Provider services, including QuickBooks Online, remain subject to their own terms. CHOS Finance is provided by ClubhouseOS, not by Intuit, and is not an Intuit accounting certification or endorsement.
4. Financial decisions and review
CHOS Finance supports finance administration; it does not replace your bank, accountant, tax adviser, or accounting system of record. Review classifications, matches, calculations, and proposed entries before relying on them. Automated suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for your organization's financial decisions and required approvals.
Storing credentials or connecting an account is not, by itself, an instruction to transfer funds, pay a bill, issue a refund, or post an accounting entry. Any enabled action must follow the applicable permissions and approval requirements.
5. Data and security responsibilities
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Provide only information needed for the authorized task. Protect the devices and accounts used to access the tools, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not send passwords, API secrets, or full payment-card details by email or through public forms.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. To the extent permitted by law, the tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. A separate signed agreement with ClubhouseOS controls if it conflicts with these terms.
7. Ending access
You may stop using CHOS Finance and revoke connected access with the relevant provider. Contact us for help removing stored credentials or handling retained records. We may suspend access for security concerns, misuse, or the end of your authorization. Ending access does not automatically delete records that must be retained for lawful business, accounting, or audit purposes, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Updates and contact
We will publish revised terms here with an updated effective date and notify authorized users of material changes before they apply. Questions about these terms or access can be sent to abbas@clubhouse-os.com.
